Picking robots pick, organize and arrange products at high speeds. With ABB’s FlexPicker we can handle up to 180 picks per minute. Products are often arranged in a smart pattern, allowing several items to be picked at the same time.

We pack products in boxes using both conventional packing machines and robots. More and more often, we combine proven methods with new solutions. The results are just as efficient and tidy whether it’s done in slitslådor, SRS crates or wrap-around boxes.

Palletizing is putting boxes on pallets, as well as handling liners and empty pallets, plastic wrapping and labeling. We deliver everything from large-scale solutions with central palletization from multiple production lines to simple stand-alone palletizing cells.
